Signature Spa Day

Terms & Conditions:   Package inclusions are based on the number of guests indicated on the reservation. Packages inclusions cannot be substituted. Package must be booked 14 days prior to arrival. 2-Night length of stay. Applicable taxes and gratuities not included. Cannot be combined with other offers. Some blackout dates and night minimums may apply. $10 will be applied per additional adult not to exceed four adults per room. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 4:00pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax (forfeiture of deposit), unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. Spa Cancellation Policy: When we schedule a spa service, your time is held in reserve, and a unique therapist is assigned to your service. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an existing spa reservation. To cancel your spa reservation, please call 1-805-369-2502 to avoid full charges for your spa appointment.

Deposit Policy: Reservations will be billed the first night's room and tax as a deposit, which will be applied to your stay. Should you not cancel by the cancellation period, your deposit will be forfeited.
