What time is check-in & check-out? Is there early check-in and late-check out available?
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Late check-out or early check-in is available at an additional fee of $50 + tax and is subject to availability. Please contact the front desk for more information.
What is your cancellation policy?
Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 4:00pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancelations must abide by their policy.
Do you charge at the time of booking?
Yes, reservations will be billed the first night's room and tax as a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your stay. Should you not cancel by the cancellation period, your deposit will be forfeited. When booking a non-refundable/ advanced purchase promotion reservation/rate plan, the reservation amount will be charged in full at the time of booking. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy. All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date and EMV chip. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.
How much do you hold at the time of check-in?
At check-in, the remaining balance of your stay will be charged. In addition, a $150 incidental fee will be charged and refunded within 3 business days after your check-out date.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we have pet-friendly rooms available for a $100 non-refundable fee per pet for up to two nights. A daily $50 fee per pet will be assessed for each additional night. Maximum 2 pets per room with a 40lb weight limit. Pets are permitted in our Terraza rooms. Service animals are also permitted.
Do you offer any packages?

Does Allegretto offer wheelchair accessible rooms?
Yes, we have 9 ADA compliant rooms with roll-in showers. Please feel free to give us a call for rates and availability at 805-369-2500
Do the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators?
All rooms are equipped with a mini-refrigerator. Microwaves are available upon request.
Is there a restaurant at the property?
Yes, we do have our Cello Ristorante and Bar on site! Cello cuisine is Mediterranean-inspired rustic Northern Italian prepared with fresh, seasonal, organic and often foraged ingredients. We are the only resort in town equipped with a winetasting room on site.

Does Cello cater events both on and off site?
Cello Ristorante & Bar offers catering for on-site events. At this time, Cello does not offer catering off-site. Please see Catering & Events for more detailed information or call 805-369-2509.
Is there a spa on site?
Yes, we do have a spa at our property. Feel free to visit our website for our current spa menu and specials!

Is there a pool on site?
Yes, we do have a pool and jacuzzi on-site for resort guests only. Hours of operation are from 8am – 10 pm.
Do you charge for parking?
There is complimentary self parking. Valet parking is available for an additional fee of $20 per day.
Do you have electric car chargers?
Yes, we have Tesla and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations available through our Valet team. The resort does not offer self-parking electric chargers.
