Allegretto Vineyard Resort welcomes commercial and non-commercial photographers to utilize the beauty of our property for photo and video purposes. To ensure we continue to foster a welcoming, enjoyable and safe environment for all visitors, we have established the following Photography & Filming Policy.

Photographers, families, couples, and groups are welcomed to take photo and video in designated areas of our resort, according to the procedures we have in place. A reservation, permit, and booking fee are required to be set with our Sales Team for any posed photography sessions at least 5 business days in advance to the date of the shoot.

- Maternity
- Proms and Banquets
- Quinceañeras
- Reunions

Permit Requirements and Procedures

Permit Requirements

Permits are only valid for the specified date and time agreed upon.
Photography & Filming Agreement must be signed and paid at least 5 days in advance.
Reservations can be made by submitting a Permit Application.

Fees

A booking fee is required to be set with our Sales Team for any posed photography sessions at least 5 business days in advance to the date of the shoot.
Booking fee is based on the area of our hotel, day of the week, the time of day and season.
There are no refunds on booking fees.
If any pre-approved props or decorations are used, a $1,500 additional cleaning fee may apply.

Guidelines & Restrictions

Art release is required for photo & video featuring the artwork and sculptures around our resort.
Gear must be no larger than a backpack. Any gear larger than that must be approved by our Sales Team.
Drone usage may be allowed with the approval from the Sales Team prior to scheduled arrival.
Photography and videography cannot have any guest or employee faces unless a release form is obtained.
The resort will not accept deliveries or be responsible for any personal property belonging to the photographer or their clients.
Any additional props and decorations (such as balloons, signage, flowers, blankets chairs, stools) must be approved by the Sales Team.
All photography session activities must be appropriate and free from obscene content.
Permitted photo locations are based upon function space availability at the time of request.

Resort Policies & Etiquette

Photographers and clients are to be courteous hotel guests and their enjoyment of the resort at all times.
Pathways or guest access to any public areas should not be blocked.
Refrain from touching, climbing, moving or altering artwork, sculptures, trees and plants.
Stay on designated paths, trails, and walkways. Please keep out of planters and water features.
If any props or decorations are used, they must be pre-approved by the Sales Team and removed from our premises. A $1,500 additional cleaning fee may apply.

Cancellations

There are no refunds on booking fees
At its sole discretion, Allegretto Vineyard Resort reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of an emergency, as determined by management. In such cases, all fees will be fully refunded.

Non-Compliance

If the terms and conditions stated herein are not fully adhered to, it may result in the cancellation of the session and denial of future privileges to use our property.
The applicant/photographer will be held accountable for any damage to the resort by their own actions and those of their guests, crew members and anyone else in their party.
