The Parrish family has deep roots in the Atascadero and Paso Robles area. The Parrish Family began producing their boutique wine in 2004. They opened a tasting room in 2011 which is still open today in the heart of downtown Paso Robles.  The state-of-the-art, picturesque winery and tasting room is located at their current Adelaida Vineyard.

The Filippini family history in the Paso Robles area began in the early 1960’s when winery owner Sylvia Filippini’s family purchased the property where the winery now stands. The first grapevines (Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay) were planted in 1982, as the current Paso Robles appellation was evolving into the wine region that it is today. They expanded the winery's varieties to include Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, and small blocks of Grenache, Petite Sirah, Malbec and Tannat.

Jack Creek Cellars is in a cool micro-climate on the south end of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range, within the Paso Robles Willow Creek District. Located less than a mile and a half from Allegretto Vineyard Resort, the Paso Robles Event Center is an entertainment complex that was first opened in 1946. It’s famous for conventions, fairs, and concerts and has hosted a variety of musical talent throughout its years. If you visit towards the end of July, the event center is home to the California Mid State Fair. Running for 12 days at the end of the month, you can grab a glass of wine and some food, see the concert, then cozy up back at the resort for a full and fun afternoon of wine tasting the following day.
