Spa Cancellation Policy: When we schedule a spa service, your time is held in reserve, and a unique therapist is assigned to your service. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an existing spa reservation. To cancel your spa reservation, please call 1-805-369-2502 to avoid full charges for your spa appointment.
Reservations will be billed the first night's room and tax as a deposit, which will be applied to your stay. Should you not cancel by the cancellation period, your deposit will be forfeited.
