For this evening, Allegretto Wines welcomes Booker, Tablas Creek, MAHA/Villa Creek, Halter Ranch, and Robert Hall for a collaborative tasting that celebrates expressive vineyards, unexpected varieties, and the many ways thoughtful farming can shape what ultimately finds its way into the glass.

For this installment, Allegretto Wines welcomes a curated collection of Paso Robles producers to explore Cabernet in its many expressions, from wines made to open around the table tonight to bottles worthy of a place in the cellar for gatherings still to come.
